Mary is a seasoned banker with over 30 years of experience in Retail and Corporate banking , Treasury Management and Microfinance operations.
She holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Moi University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration from the
University of Maryland (USA).
She is a member of the Kenya Institute of Bankers (KIB) and the Institute of Directors (IOD).

Mary has previously served as Vice Chairperson on the Board of Directors of Kenya Women Microfinance Bank
where she chaired the Finance & Procurement Committee and was a member of the Credit Committee of the Bank.She is currently serving as a member of the Local Advisory Committee of Bank of India Kenya and serves as its Chairperson of the Risk Management Committee.

Mary is the  Chairperson of the Finance, Strategy & Investments committee . She is a member of the Audit, Risk & Corporate Governance committee and the Nominations & Remuneration committee of Sameer Africa PLC Board.
