BACK UP SUPPORT
Technical Training
Technical training is one of the back-up services we offer our clients as part of our commitment towards customer satisfaction. This training is available to all interested parties including tyre dealers, fleets both large and small and special interest groups like transport SACCOs.
It is geared towards increasing customer awareness about tyre construction, proper selection for particular operating conditions and proper care and maintenance. All these are important if the customer is to receive the maximum performance from the tyre and hence lower operating costs.
This training may be carried out at any venue at the convenience of the customers.
Fleet Inspections and Tyre Monitoring
We have a program for fleet visits during which we carry out fleet inspections to monitor the maintenance levels and tyre performance. This information is invaluable to our customers as it gives them guidelines for fleet improvement requirements as well as information to be used for future tyre purchases.
Scrap Tyre Analysis
As part of the data gathering process we offer scrap tyre analysis to our customers to help them identify important pointers that will aid them in tyre selection and maintenance. Due to our wide reach within the East African region our qualified staff members are able to carry out small and large scale analyses in most areas within the region, at the customer’s request.

The Sameer Africa Ltd. commitment to quality is backed by a warranty policy on our tyres, tubes and flaps. This policy guarantees against defects in material or workmanship and is available from all out outlets in the East African region.
